Mr. Raghunathan serves as Regional Business Development Director (Robotics & Automation) at Aerotech Manufacturing Sdn Bhd.

A well experienced Business Development Advisor with a demonstrated history of working 34+ years in the Industrial Robotics Business South East Asia Regional Area with wide Business Network B2B | B2C. He is skilled in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Management and Public Speaking.

He has strong background in Industrial Robotics, Welding Automation, and Collaborative Robots.

Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Jessica Ong FCILT

Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Jessica Ong FCILT is a distinguished academic and industry expert in logistics, supply chain management, and emerging technologies. She currently serves as an academic at Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM) and is also an Adjunct Professor at Saito University College.

With extensive experience in research, teaching, and professional practice, Dr. Jessica Ong is widely recognised for her contributions to logistics innovation, digitalisation, and future-ready talent development. She is a strong advocate for bridging academia, industry, and policy to support Malaysia’s Industry 4.0 and digital economy agenda.

Ms. Joanne Tham Mei Ling

Ms. Joanne is specialised in business development and event industry professional with over a decade of experience in organising international exhibitions, conferences, and industry platforms. She is the Founder of Synergy Connect Holdings Sdn Bhd, a company specialising in industrial automation, digitalisation, and B2B business matchmaking across regional and international markets.

With strong exposure to the automation, logistics, manufacturing, and technology sectors, she has worked extensively with multinational corporations, industry associations, government agencies, and technology providers. 

Her work focuses on connecting industry players, fostering strategic partnerships, and creating high-impact platforms that drive knowledge exchange and business growth.

Dr. Syafiq Fauzi Bin Kamarulzaman

Deputy Secretary-General

Dr. Syafiq is an academic and researcher in computing, artificial intelligence (A.I.), electronics and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. 

He is a Senior Lecturer / Assistant Professor at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMP), particularly in the Faculty of Computing.

His work focuses on AI systems, machine learning, control systems, and IoT systems, blending research with real-world applications.
